This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to user-initiated
deposits, capital withdrawals, dividend earnings, and reward redemptions on the
FINOVAX platform. By
using the platform, you agree to this policy.
Deposits & Investment Policy
- All deposits made via bank transfer or UPI are considered investment
transactions
once the user confirms the request and attaches a valid proof of payment.
- Deposits are verified manually by the FINOVAX operations
team and, once
approved,
are non-reversible.
- The platform does not accept any returns or cancellations once an investment
is
approved and credited.s
Capital Withdrawal Conditions (Subject to change
periodically)
- Users may request to withdraw their invested capital at any time, subject to
applicable deduction rules as per the investment holding period:
- 0-12 Months :A deduction percentage is applicable
on
the
invested amount.
- After 12 months :Users are eligible to withdraw
their
capital without deduction.
- Withdrawals are processed via:
- P2P
- Bank transfer
- Crypto wallets (e.g., BEP Wallet)
- Refunds are not issued via reversal of deposit transactions.
All
returns happen via the approved withdrawal methods
Dividend Withdrawal
- Daily dividends are balance which can be withdrawn once every 30 days from
balance.
- Once withdrawn, dividend amounts cannot be returned or reversed.
- In case of discrepancies or failed settlements, users must contact support
with transaction proof.
- Regular audits and security reviews are conducted to protect against
breaches.
Product Points & DXN Points
- Product Points and DXN Points are reward-based and have
defined
validity periods:
- Product Points expire after 6 months if unused.
- DXN Points expire if not redeemed before the 10th day of the
following
month.
- Crypto wallets (e.g., BEP Wallet)
- Once points are credited or redeemed, they cannot be returned, transferred,
or
exchanged for cash or capital.
Invalid or Mistaken Deposits
- FINOVAX is not
responsible for incorrect or excess transfers made by users
to
the
displayed bank account or UPI ID.
- Users must verify all transaction details before initiating deposits from
external
platforms.
- In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed, and recovery is subject to bank
or
UPI
operator support.
Document Fee
- Document fees collected at the beginning are non-refundable in case of both
approval and rejection.
Screenshot Requirement
- Deposits without a valid payment screenshot or incorrect/incomplete entries
will be marked as incomplete or rejected.
- Users must ensure clarity and accuracy of screenshots before submitting the
deposit request.
Abuse or Misuse of the Refund Mechanism
- Attempts to manipulate deposit logs, attach fake screenshots, or falsely
claim
refunds will result in permanent suspension of the account and possible
forfeiture of funds.
