Eligibility and Account Creation

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use FINOVAX.
• A valid PAN Card, Bank details, BEP wallet, and Aadhaar Card are required to register.
• Only one account is permitted per individual. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts will be suspended.
• FINOVAX reserves the right to approve or reject registration requests at its sole discretion
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and KYC process.

Investment & Dividend Structure

• The minimum investment amount is $100 USDT subsequent investments can start from $10.
• The platform allows users to invest using supported digital currencies (e.g., USDT).
• Users may earn up to a defined monthly ROI, distributed in the form of daily dividend credits.
• ROI percentages are dynamic and may vary based on platform performance and internal allocation logic.
• There is no upper limit on investment, unless otherwise specified by the platform.
• Dividend earnings are added to the user’s internal wallet and can be withdrawn as per withdrawal rules.
• All dividend earnings are calculated using live currency exchange rates via API.
• FINOVAX does not guarantee fixed or assured returns, and performance may vary based on market and operational factors.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Settlements

• Deposit Currency: Only USDT (or other currencies enabled via our API) is accepted. Conversion is based on live exchange rate APIs.

Capital Withdrawal

• A deduction percentage if withdrawn before the specified holding period.
• Full return (without deduction) if withdrawn after the applicable investment duration.

Balance Withdrawal: Can be requested every 30 days via:

• BEP Wallet (USDT)
• P2P system
• Bank transfer

Withdrawal processing options:

• Standard settlement: Within a specified business day window with no deduction
• Express settlement: Faster processing with applicable service charges
• FINOVAX is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or holidays.

Product & DXN Points

• Product Points are earned based on monthly dividends.
• Product Points are distributed monthly and are valid for a limited duration (e.g., 6 months).
• Points can be redeemed on Nexus Basket or other authorized merchant platforms, subject to partner rules.
• Users also earn DXN Points, calculated as a percentage of their level income.
• DXN Points can be redeemed once monthly before an expiry cut-off date.
• Unredeemed points expire automatically if not used by the due date.
• DXN Points are non-transferable and usable only within FINOVAX partner ecosystems.

Referral, Travel fund & Level Income Program

• Users can earn daily Level Income based on a 10-level structured hierarchy.
• Each level has self-investment and direct team investment requirements that must be met in sequential order.
• If a direct user withdraws or fails to meet minimums, the referring user may lose that level’s income eligibility.
• Any unallocated level income (due to incomplete structure) is redirected back to the platform.
• Level incomes are subject to change or hold if internal compliance or community guidelines are violated.
• A portion of platform income may be allocated to a travel incentive fund.
• Travel rewards are only usable after achieving a minimum platform level
• Travel participation may be substituted by an eligible Finovax team member if the user is unavailable
• Unused travel funds may be deducted irrespective of participation or personal circumstances

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for:
• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• Ensuring lawful use of the platform under your country’s financial, investment, and crypto regulations
• Accurate submission of KYC and bank/wallet details
• FINOVAX is not liable for losses due to incorrect account details or unauthorized access.

Prohibited Activities

• You agree not to:
• Use bots, automation, or exploit bugs to gain unfair advantage
• Mislead others via false promises about earnings or referrals
• Attempt to bypass or manipulate the investment/level logic
• Use FINOVAX for money laundering, scams, or illegal activities
• Violation may lead to account suspension and forfeiture of funds and points.

Platform Changes & Maintenance

• FINOVAX reserves the right to:
• Modify features, dividend logic, and reward schemes at any time
• Conduct routine maintenance and system upgrades
• Introduce new products or limit services for specific regions
• Users will be notified of major policy changes via email or platform notices.

Data Protection & Privacy

• Your personal information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• FINOVAX uses encryption and secure authentication to safeguard data, but cannot guarantee 100% security from breaches.

Communication

By registering, you consent to receive:

• Transaction alerts and account notifications
• Marketing content, newsletters, and promotions (can be opted-out)
• Policy and update announcements

Taxes & Legal Compliance

• Users are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes (e.g., capital gains, income tax).
• FINOVAX does not deduct or report tax on your behalf unless legally required to do so.

Limitation of Liability

FINOVAX shall not be held liable for:

• Any investment loss, withdrawal failure, or redemption issue
• Redemption restrictions or partner availability
• Market risks affecting dividends or token value
• Platform downtime or delay due to force majeure
• Loss due to third-party wallet errors or partner disputes
• Force majeure events or system disruptions

All services are provided “as-is”, and use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

Termination

• Users may request account deactivation after full withdrawal.
• FINOVAX may suspend or terminate your account if:
• Fraudulent activity or misuse is detected
• Community rules are violated
• Regulatory requirements demand action

Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Misrepresentation of earnings or system logic
• Use of bots, automation, or scripts to manipulate the platform
• Exploiting referral loopholes or system vulnerabilities
• Engaging in money laundering or illegal crypto transfers
• Creating duplicate accounts

Violations may result in immediate suspension, fund forfeiture, and permanent ban.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
